Operators must meet minimum age and licensing requirements as set by Florida law. A valid government-issued ID and, if required, a boating license must be presented.

2. Reservations and Payments

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies, including deadlines and refund eligibility, are provided during the booking process and may vary by rental.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of payment.

Weather-related cancellations will be handled at our discretion for safety reasons.
4. Rental Period and Late Returns

Rentals begin and end at the times specified in your booking confirmation.

Late returns may result in additional fees.

Boats must be returned in the same condition they were rented, with fuel charges settled upon return.
5. Safety and Compliance

Renters and operators must comply with all Florida boating laws, Coast Guard regulations, and our company policies.

Life jackets must be worn or readily available as required by law.

Operating a boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel a rental if safety rules are not followed.
6. Responsibility and Liability

The renter assumes full responsibility for the vessel, passengers, and equipment during the rental period.

Any damage to the boat, motor, equipment, or third-party property caused during the rental is the renter’s financial responsibility.

The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property loss during the rental. Renters release the Company from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Insurance

Insurance coverage, if applicable, will be disclosed during booking. Renters may be held financially responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
8. Prohibited Uses
Renters may not:

Operate the boat outside designated rental areas.

Use the boat for towing, racing, or illegal activities.

Exceed maximum passenger or weight limits.

Allow unauthorized operators to use the vessel.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boat Rental Seekers LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our boats or services.
